It lights up at night, which is when you look at it.

The plaque and the lamp sit on a wooden base with a warm light inside. By day they're a nice object on the shelf. At night, lit, they're something else: the photo glows from behind and the engraving in the wood becomes readable.

Three of the four pieces don't come out of a warehouse: they get made when you order them, with what you send us. Three steps, and in the second one you're in charge.

    7 to 32 days to Spain, depending on the piece. Order before 17 November and it arrives for Christmas Eve, whatever you choose.

Because every piece is engraved for one order only, the details you type are the details that get cut. Read them twice before you pay — and if anything is wrong with what arrives, write to us with a photo.

If it arrives broken, we fix it

Every piece is engraved to order, so a change of mind is not something we can take back — the law says the same about personalised goods, and we are not going to pretend otherwise.

What we do cover is our side of it: if the piece arrives broken, if the engraving is not the one you typed, or if it never arrives — send us a photo and we remake it or refund you in full.

The usual questions

The ones that actually stop people buying, answered straight. If an answer is awkward, we give it anyway.

Will it arrive before Christmas?
If you order before 17 November, yes, whatever the piece; the necklace and the ring can wait until early December. Those dates aren't a trick: they leave room for making it, shipping it and the Christmas rush. Every product page does the maths for you using today's date.
What if the photo I have isn't good?
What works best: large faces, daylight and little background. Acrylic works on contrast, so a close-up comes out far better than a wide shot on the beach. Night photos with flash are the worst. If you are not sure, write to us before you order and we'll tell you.
What's the difference between the plaque and the lamp?
The plaque carries your photo as it is, in colour, with your song's code. The lamp turns that photo into a white line drawing engraved in the acrylic, with no colour and no song. They're two opposite looks: each page shows them side by side.
Can I change the text after paying?
Only in the first few hours, before the order reaches the workshop. Write to us straight away with your order number. Once it is in production the text is already cut and cannot be changed.
Does the metal go black?
The necklace and the ring are stainless steel with gold plating: they won't rust or leave a green mark. With normal use the plating holds up well, but take them off for the pool and for sun cream.
How much is shipping?
Free over €39. Below that it starts at €3.95. Cost and delivery time depend on where you live — the full table is in Shipping and delivery times.
